Omnidex Testing Solutions LLC was founded by Shanisha Fields, a Biology graduate with experience in healthcare, laboratory science, education, and customer service. Shanisha has worked in hospital laboratory services, where she gained hands-on experience with specimen collection, specimen processing, phlebotomy, patient registration, and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Her professional background also includes laboratory manufacturing, complaint investigation, and mathematics education, giving her a well-rounded foundation in science, problem-solving, and client care. She is passionate about providing professional, confidential, and reliable specimen collection services while making the testing process convenient and stress-free for every client.
Zandra Cephas
Co-Founder
Zandra Cephas is the Co-Founder of Omnidex Testing Solutions LLC and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and compassionate client support. She brings a strong commitment to professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, helping ensure that every client receives a welcoming and respectful experience.
Zandra works alongside the Omnidex team to support daily operations, coordinate services, and help maintain the high standards the company is known for. She is passionate about building lasting relationships within the community and assisting individuals, families, and business partners with confidence and care.
